Residential Childcare Workers – providing direct care and daily support.

Team Leaders – supervising staff and ensuring quality care delivery.

Registered Managers – leading homes and ensuring Ofsted compliance.

Each role plays a vital part in delivering the high standards of care children deserve.

Training & Development

  • Comprehensive Induction covering safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and residential childcare standards.
  • Ongoing Professional Development through NVQ/QCF Level 3–5 in Residential Childcare.
  • Specialist Training in areas such as attachment, autism, mental health, and behaviour support.
  • Regular Supervision & Support to ensure confidence and wellbeing in your role.
